22/1/16AmandaWine Tasting Friday 12 February 8pm
Take your taste buds on holiday to France
Come and join the lovely sommelier, Eddy, for a fun evening with wine and food. We will take you on a trip around France and you will get a chance to try five different wines from 5 different regions: sparkling, white, rose, red & dessert wine (or an aperitif). Eddy likes to talk about the wines and ask the audience if they can guess what the wines are. He really likes to surprise his guests on the night.
The caterers are huge supporters of independent wine producers and when possible we support organic and biodynamic farming, so you may even learn a thing or two about different wine production methods and the list of wines & menu will be printed for each guest to take home so you will remember what you tried.
The event takes place between 8.00pm and 10.00pm and we will be serving canapés inspired by French cuisine with each of the five wines and the cost is £20. There is a sign-up sheet on the bar at Grasshoppers
